FULFILLMENT POLICY

At BNB Guardians, we are committed to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for every client. Upon completing your purchase and signing the coaching or consulting agreement, you will receive timely communication to help you get started.

 

 

What to Expect After Purchase

 

Once your payment is successfully processed and your contract is signed, you will receive:

 

  1. Welcome Email:

    Within 15 minutes of purchase, you’ll receive an email confirming your enrollment in the program, along with next steps.

  2. Onboarding Instructions:

    Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an onboarding email with clear instructions on how to access your program materials, Skool community, course portal (if applicable), and any tools included with your offer.

  3. Consultant Communication Setup:

    You will be connected with your assigned coach or consultant. This may include a scheduling link to book your kickoff call or a direct communication channel (e.g., email, Skool DM, Slack, or Zoom).

  4. Access to Program Resources:

    Any digital materials included in your purchase (course access, checklists, documents, or templates) will be made available during onboarding.
